How can a governor handover to a new governor with dilapidated state house,broken ceilings, poor state of toilet,scattered office,tables turned upside down, papers littered everywhere.
Its irritating, yet some educated elite are accusing the new governor of not starting work.
Others said he demolished akachi tower...... Some one who have not even settled in office.... Whether una like it or not Mbaise man is the new governor of Imo and most work for the entire Ndi Imo,no matter people's level of early criticism.
