The recent judgments on Orubebe and Saraki's cases respectively, are big blows to our nation's legal system. It goes to affirm and show that corruption, has eaten into the very fabrics that holds this country. Now it is clear that we have two types of laws in Nigeria, the one for the RICH, and that for the Poor! I didn't expect anything favourable on the side of the Fed. Govt.
Now, why should a petty thief who stole garri to eat and sustain his existence, not be discharge and acquitted, on a "no case" ground, or on a "self sustenance" ground!
